The reality is that there are dozens and dozens of brands, models and options out to choose from when it comes to computers and other hardware, and our role is to find out what will work best for you and make the choices simple.

GTB supplies business-grade computer equipment because it performs better and lasts longer than the generally lower consumer-grade equipment you may buy at an electronics retailer or online.

Price-wise we are very competitive, this is because we don’t hold stock, ordering only for your needs. We also don’t have old stock we need to move and in an industry where standards generally go up and prices go down, we can deliver what is best for you now.

Easy and quick...

Many of our business owners, practice managers and office managers use GTB to easily get new or replacement gear into place, with a minimum of fuss and admin time and knowing the price is good.

Staff changes or new staff starting? You tell us what you want to achieve and by when. We'll quickly provide a scope and quote, and on your approval make sure the gear is purchased, set up, supplied and installed ready for your team member(s) to work. If you are a SureIT client, then we know what you use and already manage your various licences. So reassigning old licences or adding new ones is all done by us.

If you'd prefer us just to supply and for you to set up - then that's fine.

If you want to supply the hardware and get us to set it up, then that is fine too - although any additional expense will be billable to you.

Do I have to wait?

If you are having staff changing or new positions being created, or if you are coming up to needing to replace computer hardware, then please plan and notify us in advance. This means we can have the gear ready for when needed, without having to make a routine matter an urgent job.

To get new desktop or mobile devices ordered, delivered to GTB, set up, installed to your premises and in use, is typically 4-6 working days from your order confirmation and payment for the hardware. It can be quicker than that in urgent situations.

Servers and networks are up and running typically within 20 business days from order confirmation.

COVID NOTE - in these unusual days of Covid and supply shortages, there are generally far fewer choices than normal as not much stock is available. Please contact us in advance of your need.
